State Highway (SH) 289, known for most of its length as Preston Road, has become a primary north-south travel route through Collin County serving as a critical link between North Dallas communities, such as Plano and Frisco, and the fast growing North Collin County communities of Prosper and Celina. Without a doubt, SH 289 has played a critical role in supporting the growth and vitality of the communities and businesses that have grown up alongside it.

The land for the Prestwyck School site belongs to Prosper ISD; the Developer or the Homeowners Association does not have information regarding the School site or when the School will be built. Inquiries of this type should be directed to the School Board, who should be able to provide you with up to date information as the plans progress. We have been advised there is no set start date for construction to begin however, we were told there are two school sites that are currently high priority for Prosper ISD south of 380, and the Prestwyck community is one of them.
