Changing Management Companies

The Prestwyck HOA Board is pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with a new management company to administer our neighborhood’s operations. We ran a competitive bid process to identify the best company to serve our neighborhood, homeowners and residents.
Our new management company will be RealManage. The transition will begin November 1, 2022 with an expected completion on December 31, 2022. The monthly cost we pay RealManage will not be an increase from what we were paying Essex and dues will not be increased as a result of changing management companies. We will update the neighborhood as the transition moves forward. For now, there is nothing you need to do and we are working with them to ensure as seamless a transition as possible.
We are excited to be working with a company that we believe will make our neighborhood a priority and work to serve our needs quickly and expertly.
We thank Essex for their years of service to our neighborhood and their assistance in the transition.
